Don’t Know Where to Start? Here’s Your Answer!
As a fitness coach, I’ve learned that being fit is a lot more than just working out. When I help people get in shape, the ones that have lasting success are the ones that really turn their entire lives around and take on new habits.
If you want to make improvements in your fitness, your career, your business, your relationships, anything really, it all comes down to forming better habits… which is why I am such a huge fan of my BFF Chalene Johnson’s book PUSH. You have to do more than just want a different life – you have to figure out a way to get it and take action.
One of the most common excuses I get from people that say they want more in life but never actually do anything about it is “I don’t know where to start.” They get inspired to make changes, but when they think about what it entails, they get overwhelmed and just give up.
Don’t let this be you! Making positive changes is easier than you think! It’s about taking baby steps and tackling one little thing at a time. AND there’s actually a system to it! You can learn to focus your attention on the more important goals and tasks, so that the rest of your goals are achieved more quickly.
